As a result of the entry into force of the Act of 30 August 2019 amending the Act – Commercial Companies Code and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798), all paper share ownership documents must be submitted to the company by 28 February 2021 at the latest in order to be converted into electronic form. The validity of the share documents issued by the Company expires by operation of law on March 1, 2021.
The submission of share documents to the Company takes place against a written receipt issued to the Shareholder.
On September 10, 2020, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Alupol Packaging S.A. appointed Trigon Dom Maklerski S.A. with its registered office in Kraków as the entity authorized to maintain the Register of Shareholders of the Company.
