Alupol Packaging S.A. hereby announces that, in connection with the implementation of the new investment project within the Flexible Packaging Segment’s development strategy for the years 2015-2020, a new project was established by Alupol Films Ltd (based in Kety) on 1 December 2014 involving the construction of a new plant in a Special Economic Zone. The company was created by the subsidiaries of Grupa Kety SA, ie. Alupol Packaging S.A. and Alupol Packaging Kęty Ltd. The total initial shares in capital of Alupol Films Ltd. will amount to 700 000 PLN. The base activity of the new plant will focus on the production and enhancement of plastic films and the production of cylinders for printing, which are the tools used in the rotogravure printing process.
