Alupol Packaging PLC hereby announces that on February 1, 2016, a subsidiary of Alupol Films Ltd., received another approval No. 209/2016 of 1 February 2016., to conduct business activity in the special economic zone Krakow Technology Park. The value of expenses (eligible costs) covered by this permit will range from 90 to 117 million PLN. These expenses will be bore by Alupol Films Ltd. until 31.12.2022 year. The investment will be completed in the Special Economic Zone in Oswiecim, and the main objective of the new project will be to increase the capacity of production to manufacture and finish plastic films. This investment meets the expectations of the market in terms of increasing the production capacity of the Flexible Packaging Segment and is consistent with its long-term development strategy.
