On February 6, 2015, Alupol Films Ltd., a subsidiary of Alupol Packaging PLC, received permission No. 193/2015 on February 6, 2015, to conduct business activity in the special economic zone Krakow Technology Park. The value of expenses (eligible costs) covered by this permit is from 150 to 195 million PLN. The investment will be completed in this zone in Oswiecim, and the main activities of the new plant will be to manufacture and finish plastic films and the production of tools used in the process of flexible packaging printing. This investment meets the expectations of the market in terms of increasing the production capacity of the Flexible Packaging Segment and is consistent with its long-term development strategy, as well as the content of the current report No. 61/2014 dated November 18, 2014.
