The contract for delivery of a third line for the production of BOPP film

On 1 August 2025, Alupol Films Sp. z o.o., a subsidiary of Alupol Packaging S.A., and German supplier Brückner Maschinenbau GmbH, a global leader in the design and manufacture of BOPP film production machines – signed an agreement for the delivery of an innovative production line for oriented polypropylene film. It will be the largest production line in Europe, whose capacity will allow Alupol Films to almost double its production capacity and achieve a 10% share in the European BOPP film market. Most of the film produced will be exported. This will be the third line from this manufacturer installed at Alupol Films. Production is scheduled to start in 2028 in a new production hall complex being built in the Krakow Technology Park special economic zone in Oświęcim.

The investment is being implemented in accordance with the Development Strategy of the Grupa Kęty S.A. Capital Group for 2025-2029.
