Reporting violations of law

Alupol Packaging S.A. and Alupol Packaging Kęty Sp. z o.o. have internal reporting procedures in place.

The procedures set out standards and methods for reporting violations of law specified in the Whistleblower Protection Act of 14 June 2024, the rules for conducting follow-up activities and conditions and scope of whistleblower protection.

The reception and processing of a whistleblower’s report and the conduct of follow-up activities require the processing of personal data.

The controller of the whistleblower’s personal data is the company to which the report of a violation of the law relates.

Personal data are processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations arising from the provisions of the Act of 14 June 2024 on the protection of whistleblowers.

The whistleblower has the right to access, correct or update the data, the right to delete the data, the right to restrict data processing and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

All personal data of the whistleblower are confidential as long as the whistleblower does not consent to their disclosure. In the event that they are disclosed on the basis of the whistleblower’s express consent, the whistleblower has the right to revoke that consent without affecting actions taken between its expression and revocation.
