All-purpose PET/PETmet/PE laminate
PET/PETmet/PE laminate is an excellent solution for the production of packaging with a wide range of applications. It is a suitable material for packaging bulk products (such as powdered soups, powdered desserts, coffee, tea, spices), snacks, frozen foods, cosmetics and also pet food. The use of PET foil with a sputtered aluminium layer (PETmet) as an alternative to aluminium foil increases the flexibility of the laminate and reduces the energy consumption of its production in comparison to the typical PET/Al/PE laminate. This laminate is the perfect solution for packaging products that do not require a barrier to oxygen and water vapour of <1.
